Swarm intelligent building automation system

 The swarm intelligent building automation system is a new control system which is designed according to building electromechanical system operation demand, aiming at solving the longstanding problems in building automation area: hard configuration and commissioning, inflexible system modification and strategy update, and hard to understand by HVAC engineers. It has similar mechanism as swarm community. The basic units of an swarm intelligent system are smart zones and smart source devices. They build a mash network for the system, connected based on their location in the building. There is no central node. All basic units work equally. They collaborate with their local neighbors to achieve global optimization. Presents the structure and the key technologies of the swarm intelligent system, and shows its application in HVAC control.
